Our secure payment system accepts all major credit cards, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept AfterPay

Our orders are processed and shipped fast. As a result, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been allocated. However, you are welcome to return your order/items for a refund once you receive it.

You will receive an order confirmation email once we have received your order and payment is confirmed - This will have your individual order number. Once that order has been processed to ship, you will receive a seperate email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Our change of mind returns period is 30 days from date of purchase. It helps us with processing if you can ensure that the product/s being returned:

• Are unworn and unwashed; and 
• Have the tags still attached; and 
• Are in the original packaging.

We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers, therefore we appreciate being notified if our product isn’t up to standard. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@xosn.com.au with the following:

• Your name; and
• Order number; and
• Images of the fault for review.
  

If the item is deemed as having a manufacturer’s fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or refund.

We offer store credit on all full-priced items and sale items returned within 30 days. Please note that store credit will be processed on return of the item/s.

You will require the order number and post code of the shipping address to submit a return.

Your order number is located on your order confirmation email and located within your xosn.com.au account.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item/s you are returning.

Items will be dispatched from Mansfield, Victoria via a fully traceable and secure service with Australia Post. Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 Hours

We are partnered with Australia Post to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items. Australian orders are shipped via eParcel from Mansfield, Australia. All items are trackable and have the option to require signature on delivery. Please note the tracking number may not be valid immediately. Once the parcel is accepted by Australia Post the tracking number will be valid.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you are further beyond, shot us an email before ordering and we can see what we can do.
